Re-designing the B2B e-commerce experience for Imperial’s retailers

The Imperial group engaged Deloitte to redesign their digital platform to improve e-commerce, build brand advocacy among retailers, and increase product sales. The platform would aid in launching new products in local markets with future scalability. The ask involved developing a retail program to educate and incentivise customers to explore new products.

The new platform supports retailers in consumer interactions & e-commerce activities, while rewarding them for effective in-store execution.

Retailers can view available and redeemed rewards within the platform. They can track progress on store level and individual staff member easily in one place.

A comprehensive Design System and Component Library, which was rooted in the client’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency with their visual identity, including colours, typography, and spacing.
